ISO: work out buddy/suport

So this is one of those situations where I know what I need to do and keep getting into my own way. I've had my husband try to help motivate me, but that is a dangerous path! (For him)

Looking for someone to text or message on the daily so we can make sure we are both doing what we need to do to achieve our goals (make sure we exercised, how did our eating go that day, general encouragement..etc...)

Let me know if you're interested and we'll swap info!

I'd love to help and I'm looking for something similar as i start up again. How many days are you looking to exercise, and what kind of exercises are you doing? Cardio, weights, home videos, etc..? Probably would be easier if we're somewhat similar?

Haven't really decided yet, I'd like to aim for at least between 3-5 days a week. Weights are what I enjoy most but I'd need to find a new gym. I'm mostly looking someone to make sure I've done SOMETHING productive and staying on top of healthy food choices and vice verse.
Let me know what you think, I'm cool with whatever

I'm starting again after quite a few years of not working out at all. I think I was ok until I got a desk job 2 years ago. I am with you in that I just have to do *something*, anything. I have a dusty but active gym membership and have done one round of the 7 minute workout app for the past two days and am high fiving myself over it. Pathetic but something! Let me know if you'd like to connect. Best wishes either way!

Definitely! I'm in the same position. Ever since I started a desk job it's been down hill!
Can you private message on here? I'll give you my number on there and we can start! :)

I would love some support from other women. My husband is in in this with me but sometimes that's harder than you'd expect. I workout 5 times a week.
