Apple watch / Health kit set-up

I use my Apple Watch to track workouts and steps.

I occasionally see what appears to be a duplicate calorie adjustment syncing with HealthKit. One from iOS, one from steps.

For other watch users, which data in HealthKit do you share? I have MFP set to not track steps. I have turned off step counting on my phone as well, btw.

I just want my workouts and 1 calorie adjustment to come over.

It's not clear to me from what you posted above. Are you having the watch update MFP directly?
If so, make sure the Healthkit is not also updating MFP.

Go into the "Sources" tab in the Health app. Be sure you you aren't pulling in the same data from multiple sources. I caught myself doing this. HealthKit was counting steps from my phone and then counting them again from my watch.

Thanks - I did fix that a while back. I actually have tracking turned off for my phone all together in the privacy settings.

I heard from the MFP support that there are some health sync errors that can cause this. And now that OS2 came out, the MFP website is showing my tracked workouts a bunch of times.
