Map my walk not syncing to MFP

Could someone help me?

Once upon a time map my walk would automatically sync my workouts to my fitness pal. I have reconnected my fitness pal to map my walk and my workouts for today are not being synced . Anyone have any idea how come this is happening? Is it because it will only sync the following workouts? Please help☺️

    Pull up both apps and make sure that they're both synced with each other. Sometimes there a delay in MFP so refresh the page and see what happens.
