It's a new day and I'm here to enjoy every minute of it...I did my daily burn although I know I need to step it up I am taking it slow so I am strong enough to continue. I tend to go full force into things and then quit because my body can't handle it. So for me this is a real challenge. I am doing Pilates, a beginner aerobics program and free weights. So far so good. It's fun and challenging. Just finding the time is my hardest problem. I don't work and life is mine to enjoy but things still happen unexpectedly. Since I'm one to go with the flow I know now I have to make room for what I need and I so need to get busy and stay healthy.
