Ideas for using up frozen spinach

I throw mine in a smoothie as it is; both spinach and kale (though not as much kale, because spinach is cheaper). I've never seen anything about cooking it, will have to look into it. But spinach is most often eaten raw so that at least should not be an issue (so long as you wash it).

Also, as someone mentioned, with eggs; I make a somewhat scrambled omelette with spinach which is simple and delicious.
