I am trying to lose about 15 pounds or so. I do not really consider myself that much overweight, but I recently quit smoking and drinking, so I am struggling with the metabolic and mentality changes in my endeavors to become more fit and healthy. Any advice from any former smokers/drinkers?

i drank, quit cold turkey ( that was HARD) havent drank in 3 years, smoked maybe a pack of cigs in a year so i was never a big smoker, but COPENHAGEN.....weakness. quit chewing 7 months ago and wow!! what a chore. gotta deal with it, be strong. think of the benifits of not smokin vs its only a habit. good luck!! one thing i can promise you.... you will feel much better once you quit. dont seem like it at firt but after awhile youll realize it.0
