I have just upgraded to premium but the app doesn't look any differant what am I doing wrong or what does premium offer is it just a gimmick ??

    I think you can customize your macros and maybe how your exercise shows up (whether it adds calories or not) - I've not upgraded because there's nothing I need in the premium I don't already have. Hopefully someone who has upgraded can chime in with more differences.

    Can turn off exercise calories being added to your food diary
    Can set custom calorie goals by day of the week
    Can set macros by grams instead of percentages
