I'm not sure if they are both stevia. The one in a box has more ingrediants (Erythritol, insulin, soy polysaccharides, sweetner (organic steviol glycosides), natural flavour).

I'm not really worried about the amount of calories, as they are miniscule, but am more concerned about their affect on my body, whether they will cause me to crave ''real sugar'' (although, I'm pretty sure these aren't considered ''artificial sugars'' so maybe not), etc.

Do you know any thing about these products?

Sorry if this seems like a stupid question. Please be kind!

    You're fine to consume both.

    Everything is unhealthy in abundance.

Personally, I don't like sweetner. I like real sugar.

I've been using natvia for years and really love it. The other product you mention I have not tried. I have never felt like natvia makes me crave sucrose or other sugars. I threw out all the sugar in my house and replaced it with natvia anyway. When I moved to the US from Australia I started using truvia (which I also love) and recently started purchasing monk fruit sweetener which I actually enjoy more than truvia and natvia because it has a much more pleasant aftertaste. I feel like many fruit taste too sour to me so I sprinkle the sweeteners on them (also on to cereal). I don't keep sweets in the house and don't crave them, especially when I use sweeteners (which is a big thing because I used to have a serious sugar craving problem).
