I have dad bod as well. I was in shape until I moved about 10 months ago for a new job. I stopped excercising and have been working crazy amounts of hours. I began running again last week and am looking to lose around 30lbs (again).

Yeah, brother. I got there with my first kid. Sympathy eating, I called it. I'm so close to being out of that zone now, though. I've got another 10-15 pounds before I start seeing some decent definition. I've been rocking the food properly for a while now and, since adding in strength with my cardio, I'm really progressing. Good luck, man.
