    I echo all the other comments.
    I'm a creature of habit.
    Fitness has become a habit and so I get on with it, motivation is out of the picture completely now.
    The post-workout endorphin rush helps too...
    As far as diet goes...well I like to eat and I like carbs, so the above (exercise) helps, a lot.
    Not depriving myself, not beating myself up about 'failings', not categorising food into good and bad, not being obsessed with the scale and slowly learning to accept myself as fully worthy as I am and have been created; have all helped to markedly suppress bingeing and emotional eating.
