a little tip for those looking for a Lean food plan
Or
Diet

*5 days out of 7 is ideal
*Set your timer for 3 hours...IT IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU EAT EVERY 3 HOURS
*Follow the plan

Meal 1:
Protein shake (almond milk-original) cooked oatmeal, 1/2 cup of blue or raspberries

Meal 2:
6 Boiled eggs, we can do yogurt for now(this will be past your allowed per meal sugar budget...we can adjust later after the results are in) and 1/2 cup of almonds or cashews (raw)

Meal 3:
6-8 ozchicken breast, broccoli 1 cup broccoli 1/2 cup almonds or cashews

Meal 4:
(Same as 1) take out the oatmeal and 1/2 cup of fruit

Meal 5: 6-8 oz of any type of fish, 1 cup of spinach (salad) with vinaigrette and cashews
