switched from weight watchers. Hoping to get reinvigorated!

Struggling to keep myself on track. Need to commit to this as lifelong process after 4 1/2 years on Weight Watchers and losing 80+ lbs. creeping back up.......:(

me too - I was coasting with WW and I really feel like I need to be more realistic with my eating - calories in - calories out seems more REAL than points

Hi tgb1644! I was previously on Weight Watchers also, and lost 100lbs...twice (gained it all back and lost again). I thought I knew what I was doing and ended up trying it on my own. I am now looking at 40+lbs creeping back and trying to get a handle on it before it all comes back. I was much happier with how my clothes fit 40lbs ago than I am now. It seems to be harder to commit to it this time than it was the last two times. Good luck!

I did WW many years ago and find that MFP works so much better and free of charge. I have support from some great people here. Add me as a friend if you want mutual support!

I've also swapped to this from slimming world, the only thing I miss is having someone weigh me every week

I had great success (though temporary) with ww in the past. Tried it again and I don't think the new points system worked for me. Hit the wall after 10 lbs. I lost my grandpa and put 5 of them right back on in like 4 weeks! They are gone again and I'm below 155 where I was stuck for WEEKS! Hoping the progress will continue! Would love to make some new friends as I feel like my friends get annoyed when I get caught up talking about my diet/exercise too much so I avoid the topic!
