What happened to that wagon anyway? Have you seen it?

I've been on MFP for a long time. I hit my goal weight once while training for a Half Marathon and then fell off the wagon. FELL WAY OFF, as in HEY, Where Did The Wagon Go???

I feel ready to get back on track, but need some accountability.

I am a 46 year old female, married mother of 1, live in Ohio. I used to run but my knees and feet both seem to disagree with it at this point, so I'm more into cycling now.

I have about 20lbs to lose.

Here are the requirements to be my friend. LOL

1. I don't care if you are male, female or somewhere in between, but I am happily married. Do not friend me if you are looking to flirt. I'm not here for that.
2. I would prefer folks somewhere in the vicinity of my age. No offense to the young crowd, but under 20 need not apply.
3. I don't log every single day. I check in every day, but if it's a crazy day and I know we're having Dominos for dinner, I don't bother. You need to be ok with that and not flip out on me. LOL. Likewise, I try to eat relatively well MOST of the time. If you see an occasional item from McDonalds on my log, don't get all crazy on me. It will happen now and then. It's all about moderation and I'm in this for the long haul.
4. Please include a little about yourself in your friend request. If you don't, I will assume that you did not read any of this and will decline.

I don't need 100 friends... just a few loyal ones who I can trust to be supportive without judgment. I will do the same for you.
