Online courses OntarioLearn etc

Hey!
I was just wondering if anyone on here has done online programs through Ontariolearn or another online college site.
If so want did you take and did you land a job when you were done?
Was it easy to follow through online learning or was it more confusing?

Thanks :) Thinking about taking some online courses.
