18 teen parent lookibg to finally get support

Im 167 right now and i need some support on loosing heathfully.

Been battleing anorexia since middle school and now im overweight

    I want to be down to 140 maybe i just want to fwel healthy and comfortable. I dont need to be super buff or anything.

    So how much of a loss is that for you, to get to 140?

    Are you able to get at least 30 mins of actual exercise in...at least 4-7 days a week? I say "actual" because I see alot of people that log household chores as their exercise for the day but wonder why no loss.
