First cut question

This will be my first cut that I'm looking to start. I have a very fast metabolism, maintaining my weight on 2,700-2,750 calories a day. To cut about .5 - 1 pound a week, should I cut Calories, exercise more, or both?

    Create a calorie deficit however you see fit.

    Go for whichever route you will enjoy most, and gives you the most chance of success.

    Personally I'd do both, spread the burden a bit.

    If you currently already exercise, I would start by cutting calories. As time goes along and you lose more slowly or stall, I'd consider upping the exercise.
