Just realized I've been using MFP since 2011

Deciding to have MFP as a part of my health routine is probably one of the main reasons that I've been able to keep my weight relatively in check. The last four years have been a whirlwind of personal and physical ups and downs. My biggest challenge was that I was an emotional eater and would binge during particularly stressful periods. Also, during this time, I went out of my comfort zone and explored different physical activities like trail running, rock climbing, Krav Maga, yoga, some weight training, and even went back to take a couple of ballroom classes(where I found I don't do very well with partner dancing). The last two and a half years were particularly rough as I was sidelined with multiple injuries including back/shoulder, plantar fasciitis and mild arthritis. Forced restive/healing periods were really difficult for me (sometimes for months at a time due to acute injuries-admittedly, I am notorious for pushing myself too soon) as physical activity was my main outlet for stress. I am better now and taking things much slower and am much more serious about recovery periods.
Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you to this community. Cheers!
