Hi, I'm back to losing weight after having my 2nd baby 5 months ago. I lost 75 lbs almost 2 years ago and during that time, I found out I have a prolapse uterus. I didn't notice anything about until I started weight lifting and jogging. If by any change that any of you ladies have been through this or is currently going through a prolapse, what exercises is best to do so it won't send the prolapse further down?

This is something you probably want to talk to your doctor about.0

Definitely talk to a doctor, might require surgery to fix.0

Hi BRay216, You may have already found some answers...I recommend seeing a women health physical therapist. They can instruct you in the proper exercises for your pelvic floor.0
