Refresh

Monday I started a 3 day refresh. The program came with shakes but the food intake was so limited. I made it more than half way through but looking in the mirror tonight wishing it was time for bed, fighting a headache, hunger pains and loss of energy made me say "is this really worth it." The answer is no. I felt like if I kept going I would binge eat the moment the program was over and that is the last thing I wanted to do! My husband and I were eating really healthy before the refresh but this was on my list of things to try.

I just want to say that this experience made me realize that it's real food and workouts that really make the difference. Starving yourself isn't going to work, especially long term! I'm excited to push even harder with my workout tomorrow because that's how I'm going to see results! Have a good night everyone and make tomorrow a great day!

    I see the light bulb above your head and its flashing.... (sorry lived with comedians in the 80's so I joke thru most of my life)....Glad you are realizing that just eating better, cleaner is the ticket. I eat like a goddess, add me if you want great recipes and tips. I am up to my eyeballs in tips...
