Question:
When you workout and you get svtwjmclpc8h.jpg
extra calories do you use them or keep the deficit?

    I'm in weight loss mode, so I try to keep the deficit but I don't stress if I dip into it a little because stress is a fat-fighting buzzkill and counterproductive to weight loss. Once you're in maintenance, then you can use the extra calories...hopefully in a smart way. Have fun!
