Menstrial cycle and excercise (ladies)

I just started excercising (running & weight training as of June 1 and as of yesterday, I am late. I have normal and regular cycles
and yes my hubs and I are active and the possibility of being pregs is in my mind, but before I run to the drug store for a test have any of you ladies experience cycle change when you started losing weight. I also have all the menstrual cramps and crankyness.
Anyone with similar experience?

Variations here and there are pretty normal. c: I wouldn't worry over one day. If it turns into a week and nothings happened THEN I would be more concerned, especially since you're sexually active.
My cycles can range from right on time to a week late, personally.
ETA: And if you're that worried about it, it wouldn't hurt to keep a menstrual diary for a few months and show it to a doc if you're still concerned.0 -
Thanks for the advice. Day 2 mother nature no where in sight
except all the cramps. I think I will keep a diary for this. It should help.
Thanks again.0
