My name is Lauren and I'm 19 currently living/studying in Hong Kong. I'm 5'6 (167 cm) and 63 kg (140 lbs) currently. I'm looking to lose 25 lbs (11 kg) before I return home so I've got about 3 months! Here's a little about me and my past with eating..
When I was 15 I developed very bad eating habits AKA binging on fast foods and junk foods, and then not eating for 2 to 3 days at a time to "punish" myself for it, or I'd throw it up. I went through this cycle for about a year and a half, and through a series of fasts without binging I managed to lose 25 lbs (11 kg) in 3 weeks when I was 16. I've gotten out of that now but just find myself constantly overeating now, or skipping breakfast and lunch and then really overeating at dinner time. It's like I still have those habits but in a less serious way.
I'm looking for some people to help me to lose weight in a healthy and safe way, even if it means not reaching my goal in time. I want to have good eating habits that will last me my whole life...and I know it will be hard but I'm ready to put the effort into it because I want to be healthy now. Let me know if you'd like
