I got these toasted coconut chips for a crunchy sweet snack. They're called "Dang"
I got the caramel sea salt flavor. You can pop just a few and it's a tasty treat. They also give the weird sensation of cooling your mouth...not sure what that's about but I like it! The serving says 1 ounce is 160 calories, but I just eat a few at a time so I feel like that's about 20 calories or so. Good for those who can eat sweets in moderation ![:# :#](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/grimace.png)

^This. I would expect that 1 ounce is just a few.0 -
Those sound good. I love coconut. Too bad they added sugar to them though. Would be nice to have a non-sweetened version of them as well.

I do have a scale. I am one of those people that can have like 1 gummy bear and be good on sweets, so these are ideal for me. However, they are super tasty so I could easily eat a ton if I didn't watch myself! They do have an unsweetened kind I think, just the plain unsweetened coconut chips. They also have a bacon flavor0
