cellulite?

Anyone lose most of their cellulite with extreme weight loss? Picture proof?

Would love to see amazing photographic changes in cellulite from weight loss, not lasers and surgeries, etc.

Cellulite is when fat cells (of any size) push up against the skin, causing that dimpling look.

It's completely normal and anyone of any weight can get it, but it's mostly found in women because of how and where we specifically store fat.

Rubbing the affected area with any type of lotion, oil or cream everyday will lessen the appearance, losing weight and toning can also help, but it never really completely goes away, it can only be managed. I like to use extra virgin coconut oil, it's REALLY helped the appearance of my cellulite, by at least 50%.

There are no known laser/injections/pills that truly get "rid" of cellulite.

What do you mean by 'extreme weight loss'?

The times in my life my cellulite was mostly invisible have been when

1: I took kickboxing classes twice a week (didn't pay attention to food at that time; prior to the class, was maybe 5-10 lbs over what I preferred)

2: I did a mix of running (which I don't recommend without being seriously checked by someone qualified to see if it makes sense for you- still have issues from it), strength training, and interval bodyweight workouts (burpees, etc). Food was either 1800-2000 cals while I was losing, or 2000-2300 at maintenance.

Both times my BMI was around 20-21. I'm there now, but I have not been able to do those things, and the effect is not the same.
