Incredible! Would you share your journey with us? My parents in law are both diabetic with their A1C ranging from 8-9.

Great news! How did you do it?! My blood numbers were all in wacky territory, until I started eating the bulk of my volume in plant based foods (greens, veg, fruit, some legumes/peas, etc.) and getting my carbs from them rather than so much from sugars and flours. I also dumped sodas and learned to love teas. Since learning to eat this way, I don't get hungry or the out of control cravings for processed/junk foods like I did. My numbers also plummeted, blood sugar, a1c, cholesterol, triglycerides, etc.

Love to hear what you did. I think just getting to ideal weight does it for many. I had to change the way I ate, not just how much of what I had been eating.
