My goal is to lose 20 pounds by November. My current weight is 163. I'm trying to stay within 1,200-1,500 caloric intake. I try to walk / run 3-4 days a week.

I'm new to this mfp, but also trying to lose 12-20 by nov. I lost 42lbs and ended up with a hernia after surg gained 22lbs. So getting back on track good luck to u:) I know I sometimes need a push, I walk/run& lift when I can get to gym. Struggling to meet my goal weight of 122. I'm 5ft tall so every little lb shows blahh.0
