Third times a charm?

Hey everyone.
I am not really new but I am new to making this a routine. I at first had a really hard time with keeping up on this but i am on my fifth day hoping to make a habit of eating healthier and not overeating. My goal is to get to a healthy weight, for my height i am supposed to be between 110-130 so I have about 80 lbs to lose. I am looking for some friends on here for accountability and encouragement so yeah.. Hello! hope to find some good people on here.

Anyone else have a hard time making this a habit??
