Hey I'm trying to lose 50 pounds 3 months.. Any suggestions and can anyone help wit motivation.. Its hard doing this all alone

Hi 50 lbs in 3 months is a lot to lose. I don't know your life style or body condition. But don't start out with a ridiculous goal because it will just leave you discouraged. Most people can safely lose 2-3lbs a week. So in 3 months the most you really should lose is 36lbs. The majority of people who push themeselves to an extreme to drop the weight quickly find it hard to maintain and will quickly gain the weight right back. Of u are serious about losing it and keeping it off. Slow down pace yourself take one day at a time don't focuse on the big 50 goal... Focus on 2-3 a week.. Will keep you much more positive and excited to keep going.0

I am the complete opposite. I only weight every couple weeks. I can't stand watching the scale like that. Hard exercise, pushing yourself to the very limit. Eating a cleaner diet. I follow a paleo and it really helped speed up weight loss!0

My first 40 days on the Wild Diet I lost 21 pounds, a lot of inches and 14 points off my blood pressure. I followed the tenants of the diet pretty close but cheated a bit. I then coasted, staying away from processed foods, and never gained back a pound.
Last Monday (the 14th) I started my second round of following the Wild Diet. This time I have included interval fasting and bumped up to a one day fast three times every two weeks (usually Monday and/or Friday). I lost 8 pounds in a week and then lost another 3 pounds in 4 days. Right now I am tracking at about half a pound a day in weight loss.
This loss does not include any exercise. Not saying exercise is not important, but I am focusing on diet and self control right now. Normally when I work up a good sweat my need to consume kicks into so bad it tanks my willpower.
50 pounds in four months really sounds like a crazy talk... yet I am coasting at around half a pound a day. Will that hold for weeks? I don't know. Would the weight loss increased if I added short duration, explosive workouts? I am sure it would BUT every person's body is different.
I recommend trying out a paleo diet and seeing what it can do for you? BulletProof. Wild Diet. There are quite a few of them out there. 15% carbs, 60% and 25% protein in unprocessed foods can be a hard line to walk OR it could be the most natural thing you never tried. It works like gangbusters for me.0 -
I'll have to look into those diets cuz it seems like either dont eat enough or to much.. I can't seem to find a good diet that works for me
