Hello everyone. I have been away from the app for a little while however I have returned. I'm looking for advice on how to stop eating to much food. I really love food and it is one of the things I do for fun. I really enjoy looking for new restaurants to try out and I also enjoy cooking at home. Any advice to help me restrain myself from eating to much would be helpful. Thanks

I love food too. So I work the foods I love into my calorie goal and exercise moderation and portion control. Haven't given up a single thing.0

I love food too!! You can eat in moderation anything you want. It's all about calories in and calories out, CICO rules.
