I started my new life journey 5 weeks ago with just keep track of what I'm eating. Since then I have beginning walking or working pit 6 days a week. Longest walk so far 4 miles normal walk between 2-2.5 . I have added in a weight lifting routine low weight hy reps to burn calories and fat mixed in with a martial arts work out. I started this journey near 500 pounds 5 weeks ago and I'm down to 467.2 pounds as of last friday.. From now on I will update every two weeks to track the progress I'm making . It's a struggle almost every day to get out get it done but the great feeling u get after words is amazing. :) Well to all of you out there fighting the struggle keep up the great work remember your all worth it!

Good for you! Remember that you're human. Forgive yourself any "slippages." Just get back up and keep on keeping on. I started at 400 lbs. I got shin splints when i went on my first walk around the block. I'm now at 196 and exercise 5-6 days a week. (4.5 mile walk with hand weights today) There were a lot of stalls and slips. Self accountability and telling everyone your intention are hugely helpful. Congrats!
