Hungry Today

I've had a regular old average day. I've ate the "usual" for breakfast and lunch. I've had an average day at work. Im not even "dieting" anymore. But Im hungry and my stomach keeps growling.
And I just wonder aloud... How can I be so hungry today, when today is just like any other day with approximately equal calories in and out. Oh well.

The body's a strange thing. At least your in tune with it enough to notice subtle differences. It's good to listen to the body and give it what it wants though (within reason lol). Today I was craving high carbs for the first time in a few weeks (in particular pasta), so I just ate a huge bowl of Tuna Pasta.0

What was your day like yesterday? I find that the day after a long run I'm usually ravenous.0

today i could eat a horse and a house and w/e that crosses my path0 -
I've changed my diet in the past 6 days and I can't stop being hungry although I'm consuming many more calories than I did before the change. The body does what the body does: it keeps trying to save our lives while making us miserable in the process. You probably had a bad sleep day even if you are not aware of it, moved more than you usually do or other somesuch reason that messed with your hormones.0

I've had those days. When its real hunger, I just eat more.0

I'm having one of those days today as well. I think it is due to me being just under my calories for a few days running. It mounts up and you feel hungry.0

Me too. My stomach is gurgling because of all the water I have drunk because I think perhaps I might just be dehydrated. I wish my body would just realize that it's still got lots of fat store to use up! Just one of those ugly days here ttoo! And I have been doing so well NOT being hungry.
