Adjusting nutrition numbers

Hi. New here. Going hi protein and lo carbs. Wondering if there is a way to adjust numbers for listed foods when portions of the item a are not consumed. Example: Panera cobb salad with chicken and avocado. I only use half of the dressing provided, don't eat the egg yolk and never Consume all of the cheese (maybe half). Do I need to put each ingredient in as a separate entity, of can I manually adjust the fat and carbs numbers? Thanks. Sorry so long.

One thing you can do - provided the items are listed separately - log the salad as a whole. Then log the dressing again separately as -.5, look up egg yolk log that as a negative, and then if the cheese is listed separately log that as a negative half serving.0
