Hello All, I have been using the myfitnesspal website for about a month in a half. It seems to be a good tool to help support a healthy lifestyle. How have others used the website? What do you find most helpful? How can I best use the website to benefit me and reach my fitness goals? Has any one been on the website for a long time? I have read a few threads and I like the positive responses that I have seen. In my community I am not connected with many support systems for healthy eating and exercise but I have been learning as much as I can for a while. My motivation for joining was to avoid health problems common in my family.
