Any advice for a newbie?

Hi everyone, I am new to here. I am pretty much at a good weight to where I want to be at. I am happy with my chest, waist and even my belly. Although I am happy with those parts of my body as well as my weight, I do not like my arms nor my thighs, as they are kind of flabby. I have read you can not spot reduce so does anyone have any tips on what I should be doing? Do I need to lose weight? I am clueless right now.

weight training will tone areas.. if your not doing a weight training routine I would look into one.

there are to many options and variables.. I wouldn't not focus on "weight " loss but Fat Loss

There is not much to do in the way of spot reducing. You may be genetically predisposed to storing excess weight on your limbs. The best way to improve the look is either through fat loss or muscle size. I would say focus on building size with compound movements (dips, pull ups, chin ups, close grip bench press) and things will workout.

Lift heavy weights using compound movements. You’ll get the best results in the shortest time.

Accept yourself as you are. If you are happy with your weight, that's the main thing. If you are fit, that's great. Nothing else is going to make a particularly significant difference. We won't all be stunning and have perfect figures when we are in peak form. LIve your life to be happy rather than stressing about small details. Be more productive with your life and focus on things that matter.

You are healthy, you look as good as you can without going to stupid lenghts. All you need to do is keep on as you are.
