Hello all! I started my health and fitness journey almost a month ago. I started at 170 lbs - 25 pounds snuck up on me after a year of going through a stressful job. I've lost 5 pounds so far, but still have about 30 to go to get to my goal weight.

No one in my life is committed to changing their lifestyle or getting into shape, so it would be great to have friends on here to keep me motivated and to add accountability. It would be great to see what others are doing to give me a boost through my journey. :)
