New to fitnesspal !

Hi my name is Kyla and I'm new to fitness pal. Since finishing highschool I noticed I was slowly losing some weight with out changing much in my exercise and eating; So I thought hey why not actually put in effort, set a goal to achieve and see how much of a change I can make. I've never been overly confident and continuously have an excuse to not go to the beach but this year I'm hoping it will be different. I have three months until the summer peak and I want to be on my favorite beach in a one piece and feeling comfortable!

My ultimate goal is not only improve my physical appearance but my health and fitness. I don't want to reach 30 and regret not changing my ways earlier!

If any one needs encouragement or wants to offer it that would be great! Down for hearing your own stories and exchanging tips and advice too!

Side note: I only seafood (No chicken/ beef/ pork/ etc.) so if any one has any low fat/ high protein recipes that are vegetarian/ seafood I would love to hear them! (:
