Has anyone heard of or done this program before? A friend posted a link on facebook, and it looks interesting, but I'm not sure I'm willing to pay for a program I've never heard of.

Any success stories here? I know they have their own section of success stories, but what fitness company doesn't? :p *is a natural skeptic*
