Weight loss for pregnancy

I have been trying for a while to get pregnant. Everything's normal coming back from the doctors but my weight may be the cause. I want a baby more than anything in the world but somehow for my first week of this app and working out I've gained 5 pounds

The gain is probably water weight from starting a new work out routine, completely normal so no worries. It should come off shortly.
Be sure you are tracking your calorie intake accurately. Buy a food scale, only use measuring cups for liquids, don't guesstimate anything you can measure/weigh accurately. Be consistent and the weight should come off over time. Good luck!0
