Vegas.... May 2016!

Heading to Vegas for my 50th Birthday in May, I'm at 250 pounds hope to get to 220. I powerlifted through the 90's, squatting in the 600's and benched in the mid 400 range. Then as I approached 40, body parts started ripping and snapping! Torn a hamstring in 2004 and shortly there after started having issues with both knees. Torn my bicep completely from my elbow about 3 years ago and became depressed and turned to food. I'm getting back into the lifting and starting to watch my diet, my hope is to look good laying next to the pool in Vegas in 8 months! I also hope any weight loss will improve my BP numbers and take some of the stress off my knees. LETS DO THIS!
