Greetings

Just a quick hello to all you fine folks.

I'm Chris, currently living in North Derbyshire. I'm not a stranger to dieting, exercise or forums (although I am quite reserved on the latter) and at the moment I'm rekindling my inspiration for a new keep fit phase after a five month slump. My weight fluctuates simply because I lose weight, look and feel pretty good about myself, get lazy and then enjoy food - the process starts over again.

I don't need to lose too much weight but what I do need to shift will definitely make me feel better all round. In fact my main goal is to simply lose the dreaded belly fat and primarily have a better pronounced set of abs and secondly, chest and arms.

Any inspirational advice and tips always welcome :)
