weight gain is done by eating more food.
Not what exercises you do or don't do.

And of all of the BB workouts, body beast would be more ideal if you were trying to gain muscle. But as @MityMax96 mentioned, food is what is required to gain weight.

I would look into strong lifts, all pro beginner routine, etc. As far as gaining weight, you need to eat in at least a 250 calorie surplus for a half pound per week gain.

my nutritionist has ordered a meal program designed to increase weight at a reasonable pace in order to regain weight lost due to multiple circumstances. In my case, I was consuming irregular meals/calories/carbs/whatever at less than 2000 Cals/day. At my size, 6'3', and with my metabolism being very high, it was inadequate. So, in order to return my weight from 174 to 195, we had a plan involving these numbers: 3000 Cal/day, 315 carbs,150 fats,175 proteins. Meals were Breakfast, am Snack,Lunch,Pm snack, Dinner, presleep snack. Carb spacing was most important at 75,30,75,30,75,30. This was 30 day program, with limited upper body exercises (circuit training machines). Subsequently, last 30 days now at 3500 Cal/day, 350 cards, 150 fats,200 proteins. Workout intensity being increased with fewer reps, higher resistance, to rebuild muscle instead of just gaining weight by gaining "fat". So far, since 7/18 this has resulted in weight increase from 174 to ~188. When I real target weight of 195, maintenance food levels will probably revert to lower values while continuing regular circuit training. BTW, I am 74 years old so it pays to do this stuff!!
