Training and eating for muscle gain.

I would like a trainer or diary to follow for weight lifting and gaining muscle. Cardio is my weekness. Lifting weights I desire. I'm not sure if I'm eating correct. I'm trying to keep diary logged for reference on learning my micro needs but unsure if they are correct. Thanks in advance.
