Quick Non-Dairy Breakfasts?

All of my life, when eating right, egg whites were my breakfast go to. These days, I struggle to get breakfast made and ate before work that are non-dairy. I NEED to discontinue dairy consumption as much as possible. I know that is what is causing my issues. Anyone have any suggestions?

These go by many names (egg muffins, mini frittatas, etc) but they're easy to make ahead and you can use a variety of proteins and veggies in them: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/mini-frittatas-recipe.html (leave out or substitute the milk, obviously)
What about overnight oats with almond milk? Or just plain oatmeal made with water in the mornings.0 -

I can't prepare breakfast either. I keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge and keep turkey sausage and precooked bacon in the freezer. I just grab an egg or two and microwave my meat. Done.0

I have quick oats with cinnamon and almond milk every single morning when I'm at work 5 days a week. I never tire of it myself, but I just love warm, creamy (I add more water or almond milk when it gets thick) cinnamony oatmeal. I also add a serving of honey and it's just heaven. It's easy to make in a microwave.
Another pretty filling breakfast item is chia seed pudding made with almond milk. It's another breakfast item that I add cinnamon too, but oddly enough when I use Pacific brand organic original flavored almond milk, I don't need additional sweetener. Especially when I throw in half a cup of frozen blueberries. Yum! It's also SUPER easy to make since you just mix it in a jar and stick it in the fridge overnight.
Also, I noticed you said that egg whites were you go to before-- I just want to clarify: are you saying egg whites are out because it's too hard to cook and eat in the morning, or are you cutting eggs out for the dairy aspect? Sorry if that's a silly question, but it wasn't until recently that I myself discovered that eggs are technically not dairy, they're just placed in the dairy section for convenience reasons. No, no. I will continue to consume eggs. They're not dairy I just don't have time in the morning to cook egg whites and clean up after, and I don't like them reheated after cooking them the night before. YUCK. I don't have the capability to make them at work, or I would.0 -
I just try and grab a lean protein and some fruit. I keep turkey sausages in the house, they are 30 calories each...sometimes I will microwave a few of them and cut up an apple and eat it in the car.0

I just had a banana and peanut butter for breakfast. Very fast breakfast.
I often have yogurt but sometimes will have a sandwich, fruit, granola bar or dinner leftovers for breakfast. I like leftover soup for breakfast.
