back on track

I am on day 41 of logging but the last week I don't know where my head was at and I over ate. Still logged but overate. Big time. Today I'm back on track and feeling great! I'm down 12lbs total 0 in the last week obviously. Have a long haul ahead of me yet and I think it scared me to know I still have 130lbs to lose and I know it won't fly off but I put myself in check today and reminded myself that if I continue on the right path, I won't be where was a week ago, a month ago, a year ago. And that's what matters.

    This is exactly what just happened to me! School started again, I wasn't making my breakfasts anymore, and I don't get enough sleep so of course I started snacking. I kept logging but felt awful. It's time to get back into gear :)

    Im just glad to be back on track!! I know last saturday was my worst day with my daughters 10th bday party and way too many temptations and i knew i should have prepared myself for it instead of letting go and eating what i wanted, dont think that will be happening again anytime soon!!
