My wife and I are expecting any day now !!!!(would love support and friends)

With our baby girl coming anyday now my wife and I wonder how we will keep the "gym life" going while experiencing a whole new life of parenthood with a newborn. Any and all advice and motivation is welcome. :):):):)

    I kept my baby girl wrapped tight to my body for most of my exercises ;) worked well until till she got too big. Thats when the car seat or bassenette came in handy during nap time :)
    Might be hard to find the energy for the first few weeks until you get a routine going.

    How exciting! Our son is just 10 weeks old now. :)

    My input is to cook and freeze your favorite one-handed foods now. We fell into the frozen convenience food trap and learned there's only so many Hot Pockets a person can take. The crock pot was amazing for making entrees with left overs and the plastic liners are invaluable. As for working out, we trade off weeknights and each have an "off duty" weekend day. But please, remind your wife to consult her OB before she gets too antsy to hit the gym.
