Jillian Michaels burn fat boost metabolism

Has anyone got any opinions or advice about this workout? I've been doing it for the past 3 days and my muscles hurt so much. Does it actually burn a lot? I sweat tons doing this but is it better than my elliptical trainer?... That is the question

If you're hurting, you need a break, do something else while those muscles heal.0

My HRM said 400 ish o the burn. I believe it cause it makes me sweat something good. But as Lisa said I would change it up to help your body recover. I mix it with other cardio and or other Jillian videos on a rotation0

Yeah I've taken a break and done some days on the elliptical, but I'm gonna do a bit more probably tomorrow. 400, that's so good! How much do you weigh may I ask? They don't hurt whisky doing it, it's just they were very achey. Walking up stairs was a challenge haha0

Just did day 1, and I'm sore already. Although I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to keep up on the abs stuff, I have some work to do in the cardio areas tho. Good luck, keep us posted of your progress.0

I get DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) every single time I do a Jillian Michaels workout...doesn't matter which one, or how many times I've done it. Only suggestion I can give is to stay active during the days between, move your butt and legs, arms and chest, all day....go for walks...foam roller is great, hot Epsom salt baths, advil if it gets bad enough...But if you go back after three days, do it again, then again, soon, it probably won't hurt anymore! (I couldn't say for sure, as I usually don't touch her DVD again for months after a sesh! Good luck!0
