People that have had metabolic testing

Just curious of the people that have had metabolic testing...was it helpful for you? Do you get re-tested often? How much do you pay?

I've had it done before but since I've lost weight, I'm wondering do I want to pay and get it done again.

Definitely! I have it done at a gym and they send it to a popular lab here.

I paid around $50 for mine. It was largely useless. You can figure out the exact same thing with just a little trial and error. But I was curious and it was cheap.

If you're paying more than $50, it's likely over priced. Look up Med Gem and see if anyone nearby does it. It's usually less than $50 and pretty accurate.

I def overpaid. I paid 100 for the active test and got the resting test for free. @ninerbuff and @DopeItUp thank you for that info. I will check med gem and make sure to keep my cost low.
