Advice on how to restart Jamie Eason's Livefit Program

I'm hoping someone can give me some advice. I completed Phase 1 of Jamie Eason's Livefit program and had not missed a day! I was looking forward to adding some cardio in Phase 2, but unfortunately for several reasons (I got sick, then pulled my back) I have missed out on exercising for 2.5 weeks!!!

If I restart the program on Monday, do I start back at Week 1, repeat the last two weeks, or do I continue where I left off at week 5?

Her whole point about not doing cardio is to build up muscle in 4 weeks. So how much muscle have I lost by being inactive for 2.5 weeks. I want to give this program a chance...

My personal opinion is to repeat weeks 3&4.

Thoughts??

    Id start over. Bc you have been inactive it will bevery difficult to just start from that point.

    Hi! Thanks for your reply! When you say difficult, in what way? Physically able to do the exercises or are you referring to the effectiveness of the program?
