Snack Attack!

Hey all...

So, I always have a serious deficit in my caloric intake because I am afraid if I start snacking I won't be able to stop. But, now I'm thinking, is it really that bad to snack through the day? In all honesty, I would rather snack on healthy items all through the day, rather than sit down for meals. Would that be bad?

What kind of foods do you snack on? I am always looking for new (meat free!) ideas for snacks!

    I hear over and over again how something like six small meals a day (like a large snack) is better than three big ones.
