Elliptical Issue!

When I'm on the elliptical my left foot (only my left foot) always goes numb/kind of falling asleep feeling. No my socks or shoes aren't too tight or anything. I never had problems on the treadmill or with bike ridding. Any ideas on what's up with my funky foot?

Mine did that the other day when I upped the "weight loss" program, I looked down and noticed I was stepping unevenly. Look at the way you're leg / foot is lined up to be sure your posture is correct. :flowerforyou:0
